We offer step-by-step assistance for individuals who need help with basic divorce filings. This includes help acquiring the correct forms, understanding how to fill them out, and how to file them, including support for indigent fee waivers if eligible. We assist with:
- Simple divorce
- Divorce with minor children
- Divorce involving basic assets
Note: We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice. Complex divorce cases or contested filings will be referred to legal aid.
